Description

The Toyota air intake for the 86 GR-2022 is made of fine carbon fiber and has been developed to provide maximum efficiency and increase airflow to the GR-86. The naturally aspirated engine has a higher redline than the turbocharged engine, allowing for a more aggressive gear ratio.

Our goal was to develop the GR-86 intake system that ensured increased engine power while maintaining perfect airflow and flow to produce a great improvement in the driving experience. Using the silicone intake hose with smooth surface to provide smoother airflow. A conical air filter increases the filter surface area by 12% to work with larger airflow and superior filtration. Carbon fiber and an air box with a coated plenum provide perfect thermal insulation for the engine compartment. Not only gives you an improved driving experience, but also a stunning appearance under the hood.
