The Porsche GT3 RS air intake has been designed to provide a more efficient flow path to the engine compared to the stock airbox. Thanks to our patented Venturi housing concept, the airflow can pass through the filters with a much less tortuous path, reducing system drag. Additionally, by increasing the overall volume of the intake, the maximum flow capacity has also been increased. By using custom-made filters with an outside diameter of 192 mm or 7,5 inches offering a filtration area of ​​over 110 mm^000 each, we have made maximum use of the available space. Intake air temperatures have also been minimised by ensuring a sealed system as well as using carbon fibre which has a low coefficient of thermal conductivity throughout the wall thickness. The resulting system offers real performance gains and a noticeable improvement in throttle response.
