With improved flow and increased strength over stock plastic components, our charge pipes connect the turbos to the charge cooler and are suitable for BMW M3, M4 and M2 competition models modified for track or fast road use.

The pipes were designed to improve the internal diameter and flow of the stock pipes, which flatten considerably as they pass over the top of the engine. These pipes are also made of lightweight plastic. With the increased boost pressures associated with reprogramming or hybrid turbos, the plastic seals can crack and form a hairline crack. Often invisible to the naked eye, this problem affects engine performance and turbo longevity.

AIRTEC Motorsport replacement hoses are made from alloy, allowing them to withstand high boost pressures and maintain a 57mm internal diameter from start to finish. Both hoses also feature a 1/8 NPT fitting suitable for methanol injection, and their exteriors are coated in a subtle black epoxy paint.

The kit includes two silicone fittings and two CNC-machined connectors to accommodate the original BMW O-rings, as well as adapters for the supplied replacement fasteners and accessories. Installation takes approximately two hours and the original engine cover can be reattached. For a perfect fit, we recommend slightly enlarging the openings, which helps maintain the original appearance.
