The Garrett PowerMax™ upgrade turbocharger for Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, and Skoda 2.0L TSI (EA888) engine platforms is designed to increase engine performance while maintaining OEM installation specifications. This upgrade turbo maximizes efficiency and airflow compared to the OEM turbocharger. The high-temperature resistant Mar-M alloy turbine wheel and stainless steel twin-spool turbine housings are rated to withstand temperatures up to 1050°C. This turbo comes fully assembled with a calibrated electronic actuator and auxiliary components for a direct OEM fit.

The maximum allowable turbocharger speed is 185 rpm for this Stage 1 turbo. Operating this product beyond the maximum turbocharger speed is at the owner's own risk and may result in damage and premature failure. To protect the turbocharger from overspeeding during operation, a speed sensor port is machined into the compressor housing for mounting speed sensor part numbers 781328-0003 (includes the sensor and gauge) and 781328-0004 (includes the speed sensor). Speed ​​sensors are sold separately.

*The performance results of this product are highly dependent on modifications to your vehicle and its tuning/calibration. The target power output has been calculated strictly based on the compressor map choke flow (total turbo capacity), which represents the potential power of the flywheel.
