Looking to improve the handling of your Golf 7 and 7.5 / Leon / Octavia? Our beautiful billet and carbon rear body brace reinforces the body at its weakest point for a more precise and enjoyable ride. Modern cars like the MQB platform use a fairly rigid laser welded body. At the front, the chassis is very stiff between the suspension tops, but at the rear, the chassis flex is much greater, which negatively affects the handling of the vehicle under heavy use, especially with stiff suspension. This is why the Golf Clubsport S is fitted with a factory rear brace.

The new RacingLine rear body reinforcement solves this problem by locking crucial hard points together.
The RacingLine rear body brace uses solid aluminum brackets set into beautiful, ultra-stiff carbon fiber tie bars, significantly stiffening the rear of the chassis.
By reinforcing and connecting the rear strut towers together, the brace helps maintain proper suspension geometry under heavy cornering loads. Remove body flex and the suspension geometry can perform as it was designed to do.
Despite the increased rigidity, this improved handling performance comes without sacrificing ride quality or introducing additional noise, vibration or harshness into the cabin.
The clever design means installation is simple, using existing bodywork mounting points with no drilling or trim removal required, and is fully reversible
Compatible with rear seats raised or lowered (or completely removed). The complete interior can be retained even with the installation of the rear body reinforcement.
