Even in their basic configuration, the KW Clubsport coilover kits are adapted to the different track surfaces, steep curves, jumps and chicanes of the kilometre-long 20.8-Nürburgring Nordschleife. After all, as one of the most successful chassis manufacturers and equipment suppliers in motorsport, we are at home on the Nordschleife. In the VLN endurance championship alone, we equip more than 70 racing teams and, as a suspension manufacturer, we have been able to support six overall victories at the ADAC Zurich 24-hour race at the Nürburgring in ten years. The winner of the 2011 ADAC GT Masters also relies on our racing know-how, which the KW Clubsport coilover kits benefit from. The basic configuration of the KW V3 Clubsport and KW V4 Clubsport with separate expansion tank, perfectly adapted to the Nordschleife, allows you to adapt your sports car even more individually to the desired sports tire configuration thanks to the numerous adjustment options.

The vehicle-specific basic configuration of the KW V4 Clubsport, developed in numerous tests and measurements on the Nordschleife and the KW 7-station driving dynamics test bench, can be further adjusted with click adjustment for your wheel loads, vehicle weight and adapt to the modified body stiffness, for example with a bolted cage, welded safety cell or spacers. Similar to the KW Competition racing suspension kits used in international motorsport, the KW V4 Clubsport coilover kit allows the compression stage to be fine-tuned separately in the low-speed and high-speed range. The click adjustment of the patented KW two-valve control is carried out directly on the expansion tank.

You can manually change the low-speed compression with exactly six clicks on the purple adjustment wheel. The gold adjustment wheel below gives you 14 precise clicks to change the high-speed pressure level from the recommended basic setup for your track day. Regardless of this, you still have 16 clicks available to adjust the rebound step noticeably. If you want to adjust the KW V4 Clubsport coilover kit, which is available with a certificate, for your trip to the Nordschleife or another race track for highway driving, simply reduce the tractive forces via the rebound damping.
