The newly developed competition high-performance network ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components such as the water cooler, thus ensuring optimal cooling conditions. This high-quality tubular fin net with internal turbulators allows the intercooler to be filled evenly and achieve excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. This makes this kit perfect for racing and demanding driving conditions. Our intercoolers also feature an anti-corrosion coating that not only provides protection against environmental influences, but also enables long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The cast aluminum end housings are specially optimized and refined using flow analysis in the CFD system to ensure the best possible airflow.

Thanks to the new Competition high-performance network, the stable unit consisting of intercooler and crossbar weighs only 18,0 kg, which also contributed to the weight reduction. Installation is easy at the original mounting points and requires no additional effort (1:1 replacement). With a pressure test up to 6 bar, we prove the pressure stability and reliability of our products.
