MMR high-performance brake discs are designed to directly replace your original discs and come in two-piece floating discs, one for left-hand and one for right-hand brakes. Each disc is not only lighter than the original part, but it also features significantly larger and more efficient directional cooling fins, ensuring consistent braking, optimal pad wear, and effective cooling.

Our 380mm discs run up to 30% cooler than original parts and improve cooling by up to 30%.

BMW M models in the G series come standard with a rather imposing 6-piston front braking system. While the stock caliper performs well, the same cannot be said for the discs. The standard 380 mm drilled discs may look good, but their weaknesses quickly become apparent during sporty driving or on the track.

Thanks to their two-piece, 380 mm x 36 mm floating design, our discs and their caps can expand radially and axially, absorbing the heat generated by intensive use and thus avoiding the warping and cracking problems most common with one-piece discs. The efficiency of this design gives MMR discs a significantly longer lifespan than original equipment discs. The friction surface features our signature grooves that optimize bite and evacuate debris from the pad surface, providing the perfect balance between braking feel and longevity.

The central hub is made from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum. Our grooved rotors are constructed from proprietary metal alloys, capable of withstanding extreme braking temperatures while maintaining their shape. They also incorporate 72 curved, directional fins that optimize airflow through the rotor to dissipate heat.

Internal fins draw air from the center of the disc outwards, facilitating heat transfer. The rotation of the discs and fins plays a crucial role in brake cooling, acting like an air pump. Unlike the original discs, our disc kit includes a right and a left disc for optimal cooling and consistent braking power.

Thanks to their significantly superior heat dissipation, original equipment brake pads offer better performance in real-world conditions. Only track use requires different brake pads. Rest assured, you can use original equipment or high-performance brake pads with our discs.
