HJS immediately reaches Euro 6 limits with catalytic converters set to 200 cells

Exhaust gas specialist HJS has developed a tuning catalytic converter for Volkswagen Group vehicles Audi, Seat, Skoda, Volkswagen equipped with the new generation of Euro 6 engines.

The turbo outlet pipe is made entirely of stainless steel and has full thermal insulation.

The front pipe produces an additional power of up to 12 KW and 20 NM and can be integrated into any standard or tuning exhaust system without any further modifications.

With the 200-cell metal brackets, up to 40 percent lower exhaust backpressure is achieved, thus positively influencing the engine response, especially at higher revs. In contrast to the ceramic monoliths installed in the series vehicle, in addition to the performance benefits, the sound is also significantly improved.
