Backpressure is significantly reduced by eliminating the restrictive catalytic converter in the factory downpipe with our catless or high-flow 200-cell race catalyst, resulting in a quicker spool, increased horsepower, and a more aggressive exhaust note.

VRSF downpipes are handcrafted from mandrel-bent SS304 stainless steel, and our precision CNC-machined flanges are also made from billet 304 stainless steel. All VRSF products are backed by a lifetime warranty and our worry-free satisfaction guarantee (including installation). All M135i and 335i models produced through 2013 require this 3,5-inch version of this downpipe.

Note: We also offer Cerakote high-temperature ceramic coating services, designed to withstand temperatures up to 1,800°F. We use the best-in-class Cerakote thermal barrier coating, which keeps hot air inside the exhaust and out of the engine compartment, reducing intake air temperatures and engine and transmission oil temperatures. Please note that while we offer a lifetime warranty on downpipes, we only offer a one-year warranty on the ceramic coating and catalyzed versions.
