With impressive mesh dimensions of 620mm x 440mm x 65mm and an external charge air volume of 17,7 litres (compared to 9 litres for the OEM), this high-performance intercooler ensures optimum cooling of the charge air.

Our newly developed Competition High-Performance Network (Tube Fine) not only enables excellent cooling performance, but also ensures sufficient airflow for adjacent components such as the water cooler. The intercooler remains lightweight and weighs only 9,2 kg in total. The cast aluminum end housings have been optimized using CAD technology and CFD simulations to achieve an optimal internal airflow. An air duct integrated into the end housing ensures uniform filling of the Competition High-Performance Network.

With an inlet and outlet diameter of Ø70 mm, this intercooler offers a significantly lower back pressure than the standard intercooler. In addition, all our intercoolers have a high-quality anti-corrosion coating, which not only provides protection against environmental influences, but also has superior thermal conductivity properties. This ensures a long-lasting and optimal cooling effect with a noticeable increase in performance.
