Our Competition Intercooler sets new standards in performance. With mesh dimensions of 610mm x 440mm x 65mm and an impressive volume of 17,45 litres, this cooler takes your vehicle to a whole new level.
With a 10% larger airflow surface and a 50% larger charge air volume compared to the original Audi S3 intercooler, our Competition intercooler guarantees a significant increase in performance. The innovative Competition high-performance network ensures optimum airflow to adjacent components such as the water cooler. Despite its impressive size, it remains surprisingly light (compared to the S3 OEM 8 kg / Wagner Tuning 9,2 kg).

CAD designed free-form cast aluminum end housings maximize internal airflow and provide exceptional performance characteristics.

The cooler inlets and outlets have been enlarged to a diameter of Ø 67 mm. This kit includes matching silicone hoses that are a perfect fit.
The heat exchanger not only offers an increase in performance, but also reduces the back pressure compared to the standard cooler. An anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties ensures optimum cooling and thus a significant increase in performance. Installation is done by replacing the OEM exchanger and is simple. Our products are subject to permanent quality control.
