As part of our expanding BMW product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our intercooler upgrade for N55 engine models suitable for track or fast road use.

To ensure there is no noticeable loss of performance during extended periods of heavy riding, we have developed a larger, freer-flowing intercooler that directly replaces the smaller, more restrictive OEM element.

Our solution to increasing the size and performance of the intercooler in the tight space behind the bumper relies on a taller, wider, and deeper core. This provides a significant 73% increase in overall capacity over the stock intercooler, as well as a 90% increase in frontal area over the standard intercooler, helping to optimize airflow.

Combined with our high flow one-piece cast tanks to ensure flow is directed correctly and efficiently, the AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler offers efficiency and volume well above the standard.

Available in a high quality powder coated black finish, the complete kit is a direct replacement and comes complete with all fittings and accessories, along with detailed fitting instructions.
