Our high-performance intercooler sets new standards in efficiency and performance. With mesh dimensions of 720 mm x 201 mm x 130 mm (stepped), it offers a generous external charge air volume of 15,4 litres compared to the conventional 5,5 litres (OEM). Thanks to the newly developed high-performance performance network (bar and plate), sufficient airflow is maintained for adjacent components such as the water cooler, while the intercooler itself remains light and compact. With a total weight of only 11,9 kg, it is a real lightweight.

The cast aluminum end housings were created using CAD and optimized using CFD simulations to ensure optimum internal airflow. An air duct integrated into the end housing ensures uniform filling of the Competition high-performance net. The intercooler inlets and outlets have been enlarged to Ø 65 mm, which requires reinforcement of the silicone hoses. Our intercooler offers a significantly lower overall back pressure than the standard intercooler. In addition, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties. This ensures permanent and optimal cooling with an impressive increase in performance.

Installation is carried out by replacing the original exchanger and is easy to carry out thanks to our detailed installation instructions. We attach great importance to the continuous quality control of all our products in order to always guarantee you the highest quality.
