The factory heat exchanger on MQB-based cars proved unable to meet the demands of higher-powered, hard-driving cars, resulting in severe power losses during hard driving when air temperatures soar.

Our massive 'plate and bar' intercooler system is the highest performance intercooler upgrade offered for the MQB platform Golf 7 GTI, R and Audi S3.

By constantly reducing the intake air temperature (IAT), cooling is minimized, resulting in a consistent increase in performance. This eliminates the recovery cooling times required by the standard air exchanger.

Our development focused on finding the right balance between maximum IAT cooling and minimal pressure loss. This allowed us to increase the size without increasing the response time.

This race-proven cooler is truly essential in every stage of tuning any high-performance MQB-platform car.

The massive 56mm core depth of our 'Plate & Bar' system uses a carefully optimized fin design.
