Description

Audi’s high-performance RS models are perfectly matched by the expertly designed and meticulously engineered Akrapovič Evolution exhaust systems. The Evolution offers more power, more torque, reduced weight and the unmistakable Akrapovič sound, which is audible at low revs and makes a “pop” sound when the engine accelerates when the throttle is lifted. This titanium exhaust system features cast headers and three mufflers, with the centre muffler featuring an X-piece inside, increasing power and improving the sound. The system’s valves are designed to open and close in line with the RS’s standard electronics, and the entire system features carbon fibre tailpipes to highlight the exquisite finish of the Akrapovič exhaust. Its easy fitting instructions are included and with this high performance exhaust system being cat-back, meaning the original catalytic converters remain in place, there is no need to reprogram the ECU (it is simply a plug-and-play system).
