Description

This stunning system is made entirely from high-grade titanium. It features castings in the company’s in-house foundry, with an active X-connection and a pair of additional exhaust valves behind the rear silencers, designed to provide optimum control of the exhaust sound for the best listening pleasure. The system has been perfectly tuned to deliver the best sound experience in all modes – huge efforts have been invested in giving it a sporty, deep, high-frequency V8 sound with an unmistakable Akrapovič character, while keeping it smooth and eliminating any hum for maximum everyday comfort. Using the optional Akrapovič audio kit reference P-HF1149 , the driver can choose between a powerful, racy sound or a softer note for long-distance driving, regardless of the vehicle mode selected. The appearance of the Evolution system can also be enhanced by adding four round carbon fibre tailpipes, a reference TP-CT/48

An increase in performance and torque over a wide rev range and a significant weight reduction of 40% make this a very serious performance upgrade. With optimized gas flow and reduced back pressure, it allows unlimited tuning options.

Thanks to its ECE approval, there is no need to reprogram the ECU or add other parts. It is a simple plug-and-play installation. The refined Akrapovič Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system adds performance and style, as well as an incredible soundtrack.

With the use of the optional Akrapovič sound kit, ECE approval is no longer valid.

Assembly notice:

For vehicles equipped with the basic (non-sports) Porsche exhaust system, which is subsequently replaced by the Akrapovič Evolution Line system, the central valve actuator kit (P-HF1170) is a mandatory upgrade.

Fitment Notice: This system is compatible with vehicles equipped with an Otto Particulate Filter (OPF), but the ECE type approval certificate is not valid. This product is not suitable for Executive models.
