Akrapovic Slip-On Line Exhaust (Titanium) for BMW 340i (F30, F31)-OPF/GPF

Description

The Slip-On exhaust system for the BMW 340i/440i is the result of the perfect integration of craftsmanship, the best technology and the use of the best materials. It is made entirely of titanium and features two sets of newly designed, hand-crafted carbon fiber tailpipes. This sporty elegance sets this Bavarian machine apart from the rest and offers the taste of a more powerful vehicle, accentuated by the additional power gains and weight losses of the Slip-On exhaust system. Akrapovič's ECU-controlled dual-mode valve exhaust delivers a smooth, rich sound at normal cruising speeds and a deep, sporty, almost aggressive note when driving the 340i/440i more dynamically. It features a newly developed acoustic reflector before the tailpipe that drivers can manually adjust if they wish to amplify the sound in the cabin and enhance the driving pleasure.

The system is easy to install and has been designed to meet ECE homologation standards. The optional Akrapovič sound kit is also available.(reference P-HF1179)

To install the Slip-on exhaust system, the stock exhaust system must be cut. Please read the instructions carefully before starting the installation.

Assembly notice:

The exhaust also fits vehicles equipped with the X-drive.

The Slip-on line (titanium) can be used with the BMW tow bar.

The slip-on system does not fit cars equipped with M Performance diffuser.
