Our Evolution Performance Exhaust System, made from our proprietary titanium, includes a muffler, link pipes and resonators that extend from the stock downpipes to the rear. These link pipes feature larger-than-stock diameter tubing and cast titanium flanges. The secondary catalytic converters are removed, further reducing backpressure and weight while deepening the exhaust note and increasing power output. When installing optional Akrapovič downpipes with or without sports catalytic converters, which are developed for use on closed circuits only, an ECU reprogramming is mandatory. When installing an aftermarket Akrapovič exhaust system that has been developed for use on closed circuits, we recommend reprogramming the ECU in order to avoid potential “check engine light” warning signals.
