Description

The connecting tube set (titanium) has been tested and developed with the Slip-On Race Line system (titanium).

The addition of the Link Pipe Kit is the second step in the exhaust tuning process. The combination with Slip-On Race Line allows the original Porsche GT3 RS exhaust manifold to be retained, using the existing integrated catalytic converters. The perfectly balanced Titanium Slip-On system and the perfectly fitted Link Pipes are all highlighted by a pair of beautiful Titanium tailpipes. Developed primarily for track use, the Slip-On Race Line with Link Pipe Kit (Titanium) increases power and torque levels and, thanks to the huge weight reduction in the area behind the engine and rear axle (compared to the original system), handling is improved so that the car and exhaust work in perfect harmony.

When installing optional Akrapovič link pipes with or without sports catalytic converters, which are developed for use on closed circuits only, an ECU reprogramming is mandatory. When installing an aftermarket Akrapovič exhaust system that has been developed for use on closed circuits, we recommend reprogramming the ECU in order to avoid potential “check engine light” warning signals.
