Description

The Evolution Exhaust Kit converts the slip-on system into a full Evolution Line system designed to deliver noticeably increased power at higher revs. With careful attention to detail, including parts cast in Akrapovič’s own titanium foundry, the craftsmanship and finish of the system’s coating are a joy to behold. With a newly developed exhaust manifold, incorporating 100cpsi sports catalytic converters and side silencers, all designed to increase power and torque, the Evolution Line utilises integrated catalytic converters and the functionality of the new exhaust valves to deliver an all-out assault on the senses. With the valves in the open position, the Evolution Line produces a similar sound to the highest-performance Evolution Race system, but also offers the option of a lower sound level when the valves are closed, perfect for use in more everyday locations. Offering increased weight savings in the area behind the engine and rear axle, the reduction will improve handling and enhance performance. The Evolution Line range is also designed to deliver a more sporty and punchy sound (in open valve mode, the more the engine revs, the better the sound) as well as to increase performance, all for an even more intense sensory experience. With the addition of the optional high-quality hand-crafted carbon fibre rear diffuser, the Evolution Line range will show that the GT3 means business even when it’s standing still.

When installing optional Akrapovič link pipes with or without sports catalytic converters, which are developed for use on closed circuits only, an ECU reprogramming is mandatory. When installing an aftermarket Akrapovič exhaust system that has been developed for use on closed circuits, we recommend reprogramming the ECU in order to avoid potential “check engine light” warning signals.
