Our solution to increasing the size and performance of the intercooler within the limited space behind the bumper is a much larger and taller stepped core design. This provides a massive 108% increase in overall capacity over the stock intercooler, as well as a colossal 125% increase in frontal area over standard, allowing it to make the most of the airflow provided. Combined with our high flow single piece cast end tanks to ensure the flow is directed correctly and efficiently, the AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler provides far greater efficiency and volume than standard and by integrating the crash bar into the design, the intercooler makes full use of the entire front grille area of ​​the vehicle whilst retaining the towing eye function.

Available in a high quality powder coated black finish, the complete kit is a direct replacement and attaches to the original boost pipes and clips. It comes complete with all fittings and fixings, as well as detailed fitting instructions.

Its proven cooling efficiency makes it an essential modification for all modified Audi RS3s.
