Recently developed at AIRTEC's UK headquarters, we are proud to launch our Stage 2 front intercooler kit with integrated skid plate (replaces the original skid plate) aimed at owners of modified Audi S1s who are looking for the highest level of cooling efficiency, power and performance for track or fast road use.

The final design features 60 mm inlets and outlets feeding a stepped, single-pass core ranging from 80 to 60 mm in depth, passing through custom-designed end tanks. The integrated guard bar allows the intercooler to fully utilize the vehicle's front grille while retaining the tow hook.

It therefore offers a considerable increase in surface area and volume compared to the standard, and radically reduces charging temperatures, making it suitable for heavily modified models with higher boost pressures and capable of withstanding more than 500 hp.

It fits perfectly behind the original bumper without any modification required, and the complete kit includes AIRTEC Motorsport's CAD-designed end tanks, laser-cut brackets, and all the necessary accessories and fixings for a direct, bolt-on installation.

Its proven cooling efficiency and ease of installation make it an essential modification for all modified Audi S1s.
