The high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (535 mm x 392 mm x 95 mm = 19,9 L). This results in a 175% larger airflow area and a 226% larger charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The new Competition high-performance network provides the adjacent components, such as: the water cooler, there is still enough airflow. The cast aluminum end housings were created in CAD and optimized using CFD simulations for the best possible internal airflow.

An air duct integrated into the end box allows for homogeneous filling of the Competition high-performance net. The intercooler inlets and outlets have been enlarged to Ø 70 mm. In addition, this kit includes a suitable carbon air duct to ensure optimum airflow to the intercooler. The high-performance heat exchanger has a pressure resistance of up to 6 bar (tested). This kit is therefore also suitable for racing. In addition, all our intercoolers are coated with an anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties.
