The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following network dimensions (715 mm x 162 mm x 122 mm / stepped = 12 cm³) and thus offers a 700% larger air flow surface and 42% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance net is a high-quality tubular fin net with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 144 kg. The end housings of the heat exchanger are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analyses in the CFD system. The intercooler kit was developed directly for large tuning stages and is therefore optionally offered with Ø7,5 mm piping. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. In addition, all our intercoolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Complete kit ready to install, simply replace the standard intercooler – plug and play. Tested up to 60 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to constant quality control. Suitable for racing.
