The high-performance intercooler features a new type of competition mesh (Tube Fin) with dimensions of 580 mm x 120 mm x 150 mm + 580 mm x 62 mm x 70 mm (stepped mesh: 12,96 litres). This mesh offers an impressive 60% larger airflow area and 118% more mesh volume compared to the standard intercooler. Benefit from optimal cooling and a significant increase in performance for your Kia (Pro)Ceed GT. The cast aluminium end housings were designed in CAD and optimised by CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. The result is exceptional cooling properties with minimal backpressure. In addition, the newly developed Competition high-performance network with a specially manufactured air deflector ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components such as the water cooler. This kit is therefore ideal for racing and offers optimum cooling of the charge air. Wagner Tuning intercoolers have a high-quality anti-corrosion coating, which guarantees a long-lasting and optimum cooling effect even under extreme conditions.
