This intercooler sets new standards and will take your vehicle to a whole new level of performance. With impressive mesh dimensions of 610mm x 440mm x 65mm (equivalent to 17L), our high-performance intercooler offers a 446% larger airflow area and an incredible 178% greater charge air volume compared to the standard intercooler. Our competitive and high-performance network sets standards in terms of quality and performance. It is a tubular fin network with internal turbulators specially designed to optimize the airflow and maximize the cooling effect. The cast aluminum end housings were developed using the latest CAD technology and optimized using CFD simulations for optimal internal airflow. An air duct integrated into the end housing ensures uniform filling of the Competition high-performance network and maximizes cooling performance. The connection diameters were Ø67 mm, which is why this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. With our high-performance intercooler, you will not only benefit from improved cooling, but also from significantly reduced back pressure compared to the standard cooler. Our intercoolers are also equipped with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties. This not only ensures permanent cooling, but also enables an impressive increase in performance. The kit is completely ready to install and allows easy replacement of the standard intercooler.
