As part of our expanding BMW product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our Brake Cooling Pack for the E90, E92 and E93 M3 models.

On track, braking during intensive use can be affected by heat build-up, but improved ventilation directly on the internal vanes of the brake disc can effectively reduce temperatures.

To develop a truly efficient brake cooling system, we focused on optimizing airflow to the brake disc. After testing several duct diameters, we calculated that a single 71mm pipe feeding two 51mm pipes would be far more efficient than a single pipe. In fact, our combination provides 26% more airflow than a single 63mm pipe used by other kits on the market.

The support plates feature a unique dual-feed design, fitting perfectly to the hub. The complete kit includes heavy-duty ducting, custom-made air duct splitters, and all accessories and fixings, including a detailed fitting guide.

The package has been developed on our own track-based demo car, which is fitted with a popular aftermarket big brake kit and GT4 style front splitter, and therefore the kit has been adapted to suit this combination but it can be manufactured to suit any combination of brake kit and bumper/splitter setup.

Note: Slight trimming of the supplied backing plate may be required to install some unusual brake caliper mounting brackets.
