Our intercooler features impressive mesh dimensions of 640mm x 410mm x 65mm, providing an expanded external charge air volume of 17 litres compared to the factory 9 litres. This means more air, more power and impressive acceleration for your Golf 7 GTI.

Our specially developed high-performance network (Tube Fine) for competition ensures optimum airflow to neighbouring components such as the water cooler. Despite its size, our intercooler is surprisingly light at only 8,9 kg. The cast aluminium end housings were created in the CAD system and optimised using CFD simulations to ensure optimum internal airflow. An air duct integrated into the end housing ensures that the Competition high-performance net is filled evenly.

The intercooler inlets and outlets have been extended to an impressive 70mm diameter and our kit includes reinforced silicone hoses to handle the increased airflow. Compared to the factory intercooler, our intercooler provides significantly less back pressure, resulting in improved performance. All of our intercoolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties. This ensures long-lasting and optimum cooling performance for a constant increase in performance.
