The Competition high-performance charge air cooler has the following network dimensions (660x180x110 = 13.070cm³) and thus offers a 14% larger flow surface, as well as 57% more charge air volume compared to the original charge air cooler. The Competition high-performance net is a high-quality Tube Fin net with internal turbulators.

Despite its size, the total weight of the charge air cooler is only 8,3 kg. The end boxes of the charge air cooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analyses in the CFD system. This results in excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. In addition, all our charge air coolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties.

This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in power. Complete kit ready to install, simply replace with the standard charge air cooler – plug and play. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. Suitable for motor racing.
