The 55-litre S30B3,0 turbo engine in your BMW M2 Competition is equipped with an advanced indirect charge air cooling circuit. In contrast to the conventional cooling process with ambient air as the coolant, a separate cooling water circuit is used. The reduction in the cooling water temperature is therefore directly linked to an improvement in the charge air cooling performance. This is exactly where the advantages of the Wagner Tuning Upgrade water cooler come into play.

The new Competition racing nets developed for Wagner Tuning high-performance water coolers increase the cooling volume of standard water coolers by 89% at the front and 94% at the sides. The innovative ratio between the inner and outer cooling surfaces ensures maximum heat transfer while allowing sufficient airflow for adjacent components such as the engine water cooler. In addition, the increased amount of cooling water helps to keep the overall system temperature lower over a longer period of time.

Each Wagner Tuning water cooler is equipped with a heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating that ensures a long-lasting cooling effect. Thanks to our detailed installation instructions, the system is easy to install and almost plug & play.
