400001019 The 2,0-litre TDI engine of the VW T6/T6.1 is equipped with an indirect charge air cooling circuit, which does not cool the charge air with ambient air as usual, but with its own cooling water circuit. A reduction in the cooling water temperature directly leads to an improvement in the charge air cooling performance. This is where the advantages of our Wagner Tuning Upgrade water coolers come into play.

Our newly developed competition racing nets increase the cooling volume of standard water coolers by an impressive 30%. The ratio of inner to outer cooling surface ensures maximum heat transfer while allowing sufficient airflow to adjacent components such as the engine water cooler. Thanks to the increased amount of cooling water, the overall system temperature can be kept lower over a longer period of time.

The high-quality Wagner Tuning oil cooler kit prevents oil temperatures from becoming too high and is therefore a must-have for all VW T6 2.0(Bi)TDI vehicles.
Thanks to the additional cooling surface, the oil temperature is optimally cooled even under high loads, thus ensuring constant oil pressure.

Additionally, some noise (slight humming) may occur after installing the kit. This noise is caused by the pulsation of the oil in the pipes. If the cables are laid as far away from the bodywork and its components as possible, this noise can be minimized to a point where it is barely noticeable.
