Our intercooler features impressive mesh dimensions of 640mm x 410mm x 65mm, providing an increased external charge air volume of 17 litres compared to the factory 9 litres. This means more air, more power and impressive acceleration for your Golf 7 GTI.

Our specially developed Competition high-performance mesh (Tube Fine) ensures optimum airflow to neighbouring components such as the water cooler. Despite its size, our intercooler is surprisingly light at only 8,9 kg. The cast aluminium end housings were created in the CAD system and optimised using CFD simulations to ensure optimum internal airflow. An air duct integrated into the end housing ensures uniform filling of the Competition high-performance mesh.

The intercooler inlets and outlets have been enlarged to an impressive Ø of 70 mm and our kit includes reinforced silicone hoses to handle the increased airflow. Compared to the factory intercooler, our intercooler offers significantly lower back pressure, resulting in improved performance. All our intercoolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties. This ensures permanent and optimal cooling performance for a constant increase in performance.
