Introducing our S62 Carbon Fiber Plenum Cover. Made from 100% pre-preg carbon fiber, this cover is a direct replacement for the stock plastic version and unleashes the sound of the BMW S8 V62 engine. While there is no performance gain, the induction sound generated enhances the driving experience of the M5/Z8 to a whole new level. At low RPMs, there is a deep resonant tone that increases with acceleration. At higher RPMs, the cover gives the E5 M39 an almost CSL-like sound and is a truly intoxicating experience. We have gone through several iterations using different thicknesses of carbon to refine the sound and the resulting plenum generates a significant increase in volume with a more melodious induction sound.
