As part of our expanding BMW product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our upgraded replacement radiator for the E90, E92 and E93 M3 models, suitable for track or fast road use.

With extensive experience developing upgraded radiators for a variety of modified track and road cars, we chose to create a direct replacement radiator with a larger core to make the most of the space available in the stock location.

As a result, our radiator offers a considerable increase in capacity, thanks to a core that is 25% larger than the standard BMW core.

Our lightweight radiator solution also features an aluminum tube-and-fin construction and welded aluminum end tanks. This design increases the cooling system's capacity and efficiency, allowing it to maintain lower operating temperatures than stock during extended or heavy-duty use. It's also suitable for modified or track-oriented vehicles operating at consistently high temperatures, or for countries with warmer climates where cooling can be an issue.

Designed as a direct replacement, fitment is a simple process, making it a great addition to improve cooling.

Testing was carried out on our BMW E92 M3 Club Sport race car at Brands Hatch in June 2025. The day began with the installation of the stock radiator, before replacing it with our AIRTEC Motorsport aluminum radiator. Each radiator was tested during two track sessions and the coolant temperature was measured using an external thermocouple sensor with an advanced sampling rate.

With the standard radiator we observed an average temperature of 91,4°C and with the AIRTEC Motorsport aluminum radiator we observed 83,9°C, which resulted in an average reduction of 7,5°C or 9% reduction in coolant temperature, the maximum temperature difference was 10,7°C.
