Context
The S58 engine has a water-cooled charge air cooler coupled with a heat exchanger (water radiator) at the front of the car. This radiator cools the water circulating through the charge air cooler, the water dissipating heat from the charge air before it enters the engine.

The do88 radiator's custom design began with a complete overhaul, prioritizing durability and performance. By eliminating plastic components in favor of robust aluminum for the end tanks, radiator core, and CNC-machined ports, and ensuring everything is TIG welded, our cooler delivers long-term durability and performance. The introduction of a quad-pass design enhances cooling, with coolant passing four times through the radiator core for maximum efficiency.

But the goal of do88 goes beyond mere durability. By increasing the radiator core volume by 39% and the external tube surface area by 9%, while simultaneously incorporating a quad-pass flow for the coolant, the do88 cooler surpasses the original. This results in improved cooling capacity, thus enhancing your car's performance.

Installation
The do88 cooler is designed for easy installation using your BMW's factory components. It comes with custom-designed radiator guards to protect against debris. Our cooler is suitable for cars with automatic or manual transmissions, making it a versatile upgrade for all G8X M2/M3/M4 models.

2-row radiator core, 48 mm thick, which increases the active cooling surface area by 9%.
Quadruple-pass allows the water to pass through the radiator four times instead of two as on the original radiator, ensuring that the contact of the water with the cooling surface is maximized.
The cooling fins are slightly taller than the original, 5 mm instead of 4,4 mm. This ensures good airflow to the engine radiator despite the increased core thickness.
