As part of our expanding BMW product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our oil cooler kit for the S55 engine suitable for track or fast road use.

Our kit has been designed in the UK after extensive research and experience developing upgraded oil cooler packages for a variety of modified track and road cars.

The problem
With the limited space available and the complexity involved in repositioning the stock oil cooler, we opted to use the stock mounting location and create a direct replacement oil cooler that was larger and stronger, as OEM items are known to be easily damaged.

The solution :
We used a robust core made of bars and plates for increased strength and also increased the core size to the maximum to fit the space provided, while retaining the attachment to all original brackets and fixings. The result is an easy-to-install kit with no cutting or drilling required, offering 45% more capacity and increased durability.

Finished with a high quality black powder coat, its increased cooling efficiency and easy fitment make this an essential modification for any modified S55 models or those looking for a direct replacement for a tired or damaged stock oil cooler.
