As part of our expanding product range for the VW platform, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch its external oil cooler kit for the Polo GTi 2.0 TSI AW, suitable for use on the track or on fast roads.

Developed in-house at AIRTEC's UK headquarters, we have created a complete solution to improve the car's oil cooling capacity for owners who struggle to maintain stable oil temperatures on the track or during fast road use.

With extensive experience in developing external oil cooling systems for various modified track and road cars, the challenge of this kit was to neatly integrate a large-capacity external oil cooler behind the grille, despite the limited space available.

Therefore, our kit includes custom laser-cut mounting brackets to ensure a perfect installation of our AIRTEC Motorsport 13-row oil cooler. This complete kit also includes high-quality braided hoses with Aerotec fittings, a sandwich plate, and all necessary mounting hardware, as well as detailed installation instructions.

The kit is designed to integrate with the car's existing features, although a slight cut is required in the interior plastic trim located behind the bumper, which is invisible.

Please note:
– This is a product designed for motorsport and you may notice an increase in engine harmonics in the passenger compartment once installed.
