As part of our expanding BMW S55 product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our new and improved replacement J-pipe for the M2 Competition, M3 and M4 models, suitable for track or fast road use.

In their original form, due to the thin plastic construction, these hoses are known to split or fracture along the seam or flange even at standard boost levels, and when the pressure is increased with a re-tune, they are even more likely to fail.

Our direct replacement enlarged pipe is made from high quality cast aluminum and can withstand any increase in boost pressure and features a CNC machined billet flange for a perfect fit.

Designed to take full advantage of the limited space in the engine bay, the tube now measures 8,9 cm in diameter, compared to 8,4 cm for the original version, which is significantly larger than other mandrel-bent versions available. This increased internal capacity optimizes flow and reduces restrictions, a major advantage on production cars and essential on modified models.

Finished in powder coated black with a molded AIRTEC Motorsport logo, there are also ports for methamphetamine injection and the complete fitting kit includes a Pro Hoses silicone connector, O-ring, stainless steel spring clip and jubilee clips, plus detailed installation instructions.
